I am a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law and nearly 40% of my practice is in that area. I am also a Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability Law and that encompasses about 25% of my practice. My other areas of emphasis are Wills & Estates and Zoning & Land Use Issues.
The fees I charge are normally based upon a rate of $250 per hour, but for certain legal services, I have a fixed fee. Some cases, however, such as Social Security Disability claims, are fee generating and in those cases the fee is set as a percentage of the recovery (with no fee at all unless there is a recovery).
